High pressure suspension grinding mill is mainly composed of host machine, fineness analytic engine, air blast, cyclone dust accumulator, cloth dust control and connecting ventilation pipe. Crushing engine, elevating conveyor, storage silo, and electro-vibrating feeder and electrical control tank etc. support equipment can also be provided according to requirements of user. In host machine, grinding roller module hangs on roller suspender through cross shaft. Roller suspender, main shaft, and shovel blade shelf connect fixedly. Pressure spring is on the outside face of boom of grinding roller bearing chamber; it takes cross shaft as support to let grinding roller pressure closely against surface of inner circle of grinding ring. When motor drives main shaft through gearing, the shovel blade on shovel blade shelf and grinding roller turn synchronously; while grinding roller turns within the inner circle of grinding ring, it rotates. When motor drives impeller of analyzer to turn through gearing, the faster the speed is, the finer the separated particle is.
Scope of application:
High pressure suspension grinding mill is used for grinding 280-odd sorts of non-inflammable and non-explosive material in the trades of mining, metallurgy, chemical engineering and building material such as barite, limestone, ceram, slags, and so on, whose Mohs’scale of hardness is less than 9.3 grade and moisture is less than 6% for high fine powder generation and processing. The product size is adjustable in the range of 80 to 425 (1000 mesh) meshes. High pressure suspension grinding mill is able to produce 30 to 80 mesh coarse powder by adding special device in the machine. Operating principle: In host machine of high pressure suspension grinding mill, a 1000 to 1500 kg high pressure spring is fixed to the roller suspender. When start to work, the grinding roller rotates around the main shaft, and rolls closely against the grinding ring pressed by the high pressure spring and centrifugal force, and its rolling pressure is 1.2 times higher than that of the Raymond grinder under the same power condition thus the production output is raised to substantial degree.
